Angela Andrews was born in Orbost, Victoria, Australia, in 1961. She is the seconded, of three children. 

Her first book of poems was written when she was thirteen but never published. She is now a distinguished member of the International Poet Society winning an international award in 2008 for her excellence in poetry.

At nineteen she became a fulltime model and actress for fifteen years and worked on many commercials, movies, mini series and T.V shows.

In 1996 she finished her diploma in freelance journalism at the Australian College of Journalism in Sydney. 

Her first four children’s books, on Stranger danger and Relative and Friendly danger, were published in 1996. 

The next book “The Adventures of the Nature Family” was published in May 2009.
