Then I came upon the Neo-tech rules…

I would like to tell you what I have received or learned since the day Neo-Tech entered my life 2 years ago. It wasn’t that I was at my wits end and didn’t want to go on, but I was very down and depressed because of allowing others to think and dictate what I could do and not do. I was getting to the point where as I couldn’t make decisions due to the lack of self-confidence.

I am legally blind due to the military service. Don’t misunderstand I do not regret serving in the service. But now I had to start living a whole different way life. It took a long time to start getting my confidence back. My education is electronic and electrical engineering design. But my true love was art, painting, drawing, and creating. I was constantly being told I was crazy and would never be an artist.

I had all but given up and ready to sell all my art supplies. My wife passed away and one of the worst critics any one could possibly want. Now, I am alone and free to do my art, but confidence was lacking. My daughter came over to see how I was getting along, I asked her to
get my mail for me. As we were thumbing through the mail she came upon this one envelope. I asked her to open it and read it to me. It was one of the strangest letters I had received, saying all these wonderful things. I asked my daughter if she thought it was real and legit. She seemed to think so and maybe I should go ahead and answer it. So, I did. And I am not sorry for it.

Well, to keep a long story from getting any longer, I bought manuals and started reading. It took me awhile to read them but with the aids the VA has given me I have accomplished them and still reading. Nevertheless I found my will and confidence returning. I started to use the mini-day schedule Mr. Mark Hamilton was using and teaching and I became even more productive, even using the mini-day schedule at home in my everyday life .

Then I came upon the Neo-tech rules, I learned them but one of them has stuck in my mind the most. Neo-tech 10: “The most accomplished human is the Self-Conscience Individual.” That phrase alone has done me mountains of good. My art has taken a whole new level. I could go on and on but one thing I could say to others: Join the Neothink Society and its way of thinking and you won’t regret it.
