I have begun to use the tools you suggested

I have begun to use the tools you suggested in the self-leader system to get me started in helping me with my FNE. I’ve realized this past week that my confidence in myself is becoming stronger as I’m always doubtful about myself and this has really held me back in the past.
Now I have an opportunity to apply for my boss’ old position. Big name, big change and big responsibility. A whole new level for me.
