Prime Law is Managing the Law Makers

What a Paradigm Shift that would be indeed. Once the Prime Law is in the U.S. Constitution and the Prime Law is Managing the Law Makers. Then people will be free to Be, Have and Do what they want. That would be like opening the Flood Gates to Prosperity, so to speak. Prosperity just rushing in.
