Testemonial, top secret

May passion is to communicate with someone out there in the C of U. I want to stay for at least
14 nights at Sal island, Cape Verde to try with my
laser pentights. 63 years ago I was a signalman
onboard a submarine, I communicate every time
we surfaced to other navy ships with flash light in morse signal. After my duty in the navy, I have
been radiooficer (sparky) for 15 years in the norwegian merchant marine. My passion came in
the late 1970 when I read von Danikans books to
find a way to talk to th C of U. Finaly today I have
bougt some laser penlights which I can try to reach out in the outer atmosphere with my morse
signals. During night after nights with naval code
morse signals, I hope to get in touch with CofU.
I feel no one else has tried to do this before.
For me its worth the try. It´s been a puzzel for me
the last few years to find the best place. I been on
holidays at Sal twice. The island is smal and are 450 nautical miles out in the atlantic ocean. A smal air port with litle airtrafic during night time.
Importent due laser beam direct to pilots eyes.
And the island is near equator too. I will be alone
out there, just my wife will know where I am. I think this could be dangerous to me if someone
outside Neothink and my wife new about my planes. I will try to travel down to Sal in march 14 when my saving account allow me to. I will send
