Thank you, for giving me the courage to make these choices for a healthy life

Dear Mark:

I started receiving the Neothink literature about 6 months ago.

4 and a half months ago, I made the choice to stop drinking carbonated soft drinks.  Since that time, I have lost 20 pounds (from 205 pounds to 185 pounds).

3 and a half months ago, I made the choice to stop consuming sugar products.  Although, after a month I did eat one cookie and I did have one small piece of cheesecake for my birthday after 3 months.  Honestly, I do not even find sugar products appetizing any more.

3 months ago, following the Neothink diet, I was able to stop all between meal snacking.

I use a ski machine for low-impact exercise since I have bad discs in my back.  I have increased my distance from 3/4 of a mile 3 or 4 days a weeks to 3 to 3.5 miles 5 or 6 days a week.  More significantly, I can go twice as fast as I could 4 months ago.

Most importantly, these changes to healthy habits have improved my stamina and health to the point that this is the first time in 8 years where I have worked 50 to 70 hours a week for consecutive months without getting sick with a respiratory infection or bronchitis.

Thank you, for giving me the courage to make these choices for a healthy life.  Even though, I know I have a long way to go, I no longer feel that a healthy weight is impossible to achieve.
