Yes, the Prime Law should make all the difference. it’s the key piece that was left out when our constitution was drawn up. Once the Prime Law is in place, we the people will finally have a guarantee that our needs and wants will be important, and not just those of whoever is currently in office, with their mean-spirited and selfish little agendas.
