One thing that helps me tremendously…

One thing that helps me tremendously in preventing being effected is just to understand the difference in the words effect and affect. The media, the government, and a very long list of devices play on our ability to have and give pure love. We are constantly deceived into receiving ideas about caring and love that are so polluted and distorted.
